From analyzing lead quality in Salesforce, spotting heat map patterns in Hotjar, or rapid prototyping in Figma, I am proficient in tools through creating hundreds of winning (and failing) campaign strategies.
This healthcare portal redesign focused on user-friendly navigation, data security, and easier appointment booking for all patients.
To support omnichannel growth, I led customers research, which helped direct the landing page redesign to increase conversions & leads.
Analyzing customer buying patterns, I redesigned the user flow to improve targeting and drive higher conversion rates from paid ads.
